These Terms & Conditions govern your use of bypollyd.com and the SOS Coaching services offered on it, operated by Transformation & Evolution 3.0 ("we," "us," "our"). By using this site or booking a session, you agree to these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of them, please don't use the site or services.

Unless otherwise stated, Transformation & Evolution 3.0 owns the intellectual property rights in all material on this site — text, graphics, logos, and images. You may access this content for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions in these terms.

Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about working together. Here's how refunds and rescheduling work:

Scheduled sessions

Please consider your schedule carefully before booking. If you can't make a session and let us know at least 24 hours in advance, it can be rescheduled at no extra cost.

Medical appointments & emergencies

If you need to reschedule due to a medical appointment or emergency, we may ask for a doctor's note to process the reschedule.

Multi-session packages

If you've purchased a package (like Observe or Shift) and decide not to continue, a prorated refund is available for sessions that haven't started yet — as long as you request it within 14 days of purchase.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your name, the service you purchased, and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
